El testimonio como medio de prueba

Abstract

El estudio de este medio de prueba ha motivado la exigencia máxima de la intervención sicológica del testigo, toda vez que el testimonio emana como reflejo de la conducta humana que en un momento determinado, puede presentar alteraciones síquicas que han modificado en toda su magnitud; es por esto, el interés de expresar a través de este estudio esboza de sobre este medio de prueba, de presentar un mero análisis sobre el Testimonio en cada uno de los factores que sobre el actúan, puesto que la valoración del resultado de este medio de prueba ha sido dejada al arbitrio del Juez, el cual se revisa, partiendo de la sana critica, este es, acto el que no puede prescindir en ningún momento de las condiciones personales y esenciales del testigo, al igual que de las condiciones del objeto a que se refiere el Testimonio y las circunstancias en que han sido percibidas estas por el testigo.
