Abstract

El Comercio electrónico en Colombia pese a los inconvenientes que le afectan actualmente está regulado por la Ley 527 de 1999, una herramienta jurídica de gran utilidad por su conexión con el sistema internacional de transacciones tecnológicas. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivos presentar los principales problemas que afronta la Ley 527 1999 (Ley de Comercio Electrónico) y el Decreto 17 47 del 2000 Decreto Reglamentario); Demostrar que la implantación de la Norma en mención por si sola no basta, si no que debe adoptarse una serie de medidas tendientes a desarrollar estrategias que contribuyan al desarrollo global de la economía. El tema en estudio es de singular importancia, ya que en estos momentos se encuentra entre las discusiones y análisis de vanguardia y ligada a la supervivencia de la economía colombiana en un mercado donde la tecnología es necesaria para que pueda estar en consonancia con la respectiva Ley de comercio.
