Abstract

La investigación de este tema SISTEMA PENITENCIARIO Y CARCELARIO no es solo el resultado de una consulta bibliográfica, ni es la creación exclusiva de un escritor que obtuvo el privilegio de saberlo todo y de tener un acceso único a las fuentes disponibles. Representa el esfuerzo sostenido y coordinado del grupo de trabajo, conformados por estudiantes inquietos que discutieron con el manuscrito en diversas ocasiones, aportando datos concretos para corregir y enriquecer la investigación. Por eso esta investigación puede considerarse en buena medida corno un producto colectivo al que hemos contribuido interesadamente para conocer mejor la problemática carcelaria; para así contribuir en el proceso evolutivo de nuestra sociedad. La situación que se vive en las cárceles Colombianas, es otra estrella negra que adquiere el país ante la comunidad internacional y que obligan al Gobierno Nacional a tomar medidas conducentes, evitando así el hacinamiento exagerado que encontramos en todo los centros carcelarios.
