La presente investigación estará abordando los factores de negligencia por parte del Estado a el derecho fundamental a la educación, lo cual llevo a la vulneración de este en Tasajera, uno de los corregimientos de gran conocimiento en la región Caribe, ubicado entre Santa Marta y Barranquilla y que se ha convertido en uno de los corregimientos con una de las más altas tasas de pobreza poniéndolo en un estado de abandono total y discriminación por parte del Estado, en las cuales las condiciones básicas se encuentran en total vulneración como la falta de educación. En este corregimiento se ve afectado el tema del aprendizaje escolar en niños y jóvenes ya que estos cuando salen del colegio se enfrentan a la realidad de no saber qué hacer, la pesca ya no resulta y por lo general la educación universitaria no es una opción, el futuro para ellos es sólo un interrogante sin respuesta. Para analizar la problemática es necesario poner en contexto que este corregimiento solo dispone actualmente de dos instituciones, las cuales son públicas pero la lamentable noticia es que no cubren la demanda escolar de este corregimiento lo que hace que aquellas personas con mejores ingresos en esta sociedad sean obligadas a trasladar a el personal escolar a otras zonas aledañas, entre estos: Pueblo Viejo o Ciénaga, para que puedan cumplir dicha actividad.

The present investigation will be addressing the factors of negligence on the part of the State to the fundamental right to education, which lead to the vulneration of East in Tasajera, one of the corregiments of great knowledge in the Caribbean region, located between Santa Marta and Barranquilla and that It has become one of the corregimientos with one of the highest poverty rates by putting it into a state of total abandonment and discrimination by the State, in which basic conditions are in total violation such as lack of education. In order to analyze the problematic, it is necessary to put in context that this corregiment only has two institutions, which are public, but the unfortunate news is that they do not cover the school demand of this corregiment which makes those people with better income in this society forced to move to School staff to other surrounding areas, including these: Pueblo Viejo or Cienega, so that they can meet this activity.
