Lojistik 4.0 ekseninde en uygun lojistik bilgi teknolojisinin seçimi: Ahs ve Topsis yöntemiyle değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Industry 4.0 applications in the logistics sector are termed Logistics 4.0. It is important to use the right information technologies in order to provide sustainable competitive and cost advantage. In this study, it is aimed that prioritization of information technologies used in Logistics 4.0 axis and to determine the company with the highest technological level Logistics 4.0. with this purpose, the limits of the information technologies within the scope of Logistics 4.0 were tried to determine. In the study, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the rankings of information technologies, and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods were used in the ranking of logistics companies. According to the results of the study, the most appropriate information technology is Artificial Intelligence and A firm has the highest technological level.

Lojistik sektöründeki Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları Lojistik 4.0 olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Lojistik işletmelerin sürdürülebilir rekabet ve maliyet avantajı sağlayabilmesi için doğru bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanılması önemlidir. Bu çalışmada Lojistik 4.0 ekseninde kullanılan bilgi teknolojilerinin önceliklendirilerek Lojistik 4.0 teknolojik düzeyi en yüksek firmanın belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışmada Lojistik 4.0 kapsamındaki bilgi teknolojilerinin sınırları çizilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada bilgi teknolojilerinin sıralamalarının belirlenmesinde Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS), lojistik firmalarının sıralanmasında ise Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yöntemlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre en uygun bilgi teknolojisi Yapay Zekâ ve teknolojik düzeyi en yüksek firma ise A'dır.
