Abstract

Kitap özeti: Mutluluk kavramı, milattan önce yunan felsefesinden günümüz modern yazınına kadar birçok araştırmacı ve düşünür tarafından, oldukça fazla tartışılmış ve hakkında eserler yazılmış kavramlardan birisidir. Bu eserin yazılmasının temel amacı ise genel olarak mutluluk konusu ile ilgili yüksek korelasyona sahip olan pozitif örgütsel davranış konularını sağlık çalışanları perspektifinden ele almaktır. Bu kapsamda çalışmada birey ve kişilik ile başlayarak genelden özele doğru, mutluluk, pozitif psikoloji, motivasyon, yaşam doyumu, öznel iyi oluş, kişi iş uyumu, işe bağlılık, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve son olarak da örgütsel bağlılık konuları, kuramlar, modeller ve ölçme araçlarını da içerecek şekilde incelenmeye çalışılmış.
