Nitzschia palea from Bacillariophyta division (in samples which received from surroundings Tokat-Turkey) have been cultured in culture medium and inve.stigatcd in scanning elec tron microscope (SEM), In analysis of micrograph have been observed that polar ncxlule has different morphological structure.
