Mesudiye Ordu Köykent Projesi

Abstract

Gerek dünyada, gerekse Türkiye’de kırsal kalkınma, gündemdeki yerini sürekli olarak koruyan kalkınma çabalarından biridir. Kırsalın kalkındırılması sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik boyutlu olup, aynı zamanda çok yönlü analiz ve planlamalar gerektirir. Bu bakımdan kalkınma modellerinin belirlenmesinde öncelikle ortamın coğrafi özelliklerinin tespit edilmesi, planlamanın yapılabilirliği açısından oldukça önemlidir. Çalışmamızda kırsal kalkınma yaklaşımlarından biri olan ve Ordu ili Mesudiye ilçesinde 2000 yılında uygulamaya konulan, Köykent Projesi coğrafi bakış açısı ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
