Toplumsal Uyum ve Bütünleşme Bağlamında Erzincan'a Yerleştirilen Ahıska Türkleri Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

Günümüzde kentler, bölgeler ve ülkelerarası göç hareketleri, hem göç eden birey ya da kitlenin hem de göç alan yerleşim alanlarındaki insanların, ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel hayatını etkileyen en önemli olgulardan biridir. Küreselleşme ile uluslararası niteliğe sahip olan göçün en temel özelliği, coğrafi ve kültürel yaşam alanının değiştirilmesidir. Bu mekânsal değişim sorunu, yabancılaşma ve kente uyumsuzluk, işsizlik, kültürel uyum, konut ve barınma, planlama ve yönetim sorunları gibi birçok problemi de beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türk vatandaşlık rejiminin, Türk soyundan gelen ve müslüman olan göçmenlere sağladığı avantajlar bağlamında, Ahıskalıların Türkiye’de yerleştikleri kentlerden biri olan Erzincan’da Türk toplumu ile bütünleşmesi ve uyum süreci incelenmiştir.
