Abstract

Yorum, insanoğlunun birçok alanda zihinsel faaliyetinin konusunu oluş-turmuştur. Dinsel, hukuksal ve edebî metinler, yoruma en çok ihtiyaç duyu-lan alanlar olmuştur1. Hukuk bağlamında kaldığımızda, bir taraftan hukuk kuralları olarak anayasa, kanun, idarî düzenlemeler; diğer taraftan hukukî işlemler ve özellikle sözleşmeler gibi bütün normatif önermeler hukukî yo-rumbilimin konusunu oluşturabilir
