Abstract

Bildirimizde İslam Düşünce tarihinde Fârâbî ve İbn Sînâ’dan sonra üçüncü Mantık Okulu olarak kabul edilen Fahreddîn er- Râzî ve öğrencilerinin, kipli önermelerin (müveccehâtmodalite) sayısı ve elde edilişi ile alakalı çalışmaları ele alınacaktır. Fahreddîn er-Râzî, İbn Sînâ tarafından “el-İşârât ve’ttenbîhât”ta özetlenen kipler konusunu geliştirmiş, kipleri kıyas bahsine de uygulamış ve bu konuda Nasîruddîn et-Tûsî’ye öncülük etmiştir. Sonraki dönemde Cürcânî ve Gelenbevî gibi isimler de konuyu ele almış iseler de maalesef kipler konusu, daha sonraları, İslam dünyasında Râzî ve Tûsî’de olduğu gibi geniş ölçüde ele alınmamıştır. Konunun ele alınmasında Fârâbî ve İbn Sînâ’nın eserlerine de yer yer başvurulacak ve konu hakkında modern çalışmalardan da istifade edilecektir.
