Abstract

En la región de Lambayeque los aceites lubricantes usados generados por 293 134 vehículos menores (motos) en el 2021, son desechados en las alcantarillas, son quemados o incluso son tirados en suelos, contaminando el medio ambiente por las sustancias tóxicas y metales pesados que contienen. Ante esta situación se plantea la pregunta de investigación, ¿Cuál es la viabilidad del diseño de una planta de regeneración de aceites lubricantes usados en la región de Lambayeque?, por lo que el presente artículo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de la instalación de una planta de regeneración de aceites lubricantes usados en la región de Lambayeque. Para ello se analizó la oferta de lubricantes usados y la demanda de aceites lubricantes para vehículos menores, hallando una disponibilidad del 96,96% de estos residuos, además de tener una demanda creciente promedio del 12,88%, donde el proyecto cubrirá el 24,54% de la demanda insatisfecha. En el estudio tecnológico se determinó que la planta de 1 788,19 m2 estará ubicada en la provincia de Chiclayo. Finalmente, el análisis económico – financiero demostró la rentabilidad del proyecto, con un VAN de S/. 412 370,64 y un TIR de 19,30%, siendo este último mayor al TMAR global de 10,90%, recuperando la inversión al cuarto año.

In the Lambayeque region, the used lubricating oils generated by 293 134 minor vehicles (motorcycles) in 2021 are disposed of in the sewers, are burned or even thrown on the ground, polluting the environment with toxic substances and heavy metals. that they contain. Given this situation, the research question arises, What is the feasibility of designing a regeneration plant for used lubricating oils in the Lambayeque region? Therefore, this research article aims to determine the capacity of the installation of a used lubricating oil regeneration plant in the Lambayeque region. For this, the supply of used lubricants and the demand for lubricating oils for smaller vehicles were analyzed, finding an availability of 96.96% of these residues, in addition to having an average growing demand of 12.88%, where the project will cover 24,54% of the unsatisfied demand. In the technological study, it will be stated that the 1 788,19 m2 plant will be located in the province of Chiclayo. Finally, the economic-financial analysis ended with the profitability of the project, with a VAN of S/. 412 370,64 and an TIR of 19,30%, the latter being higher than the Global TMAR of 10,90%, recovering the investment in the fourth year.
