Abstract

En este proyecto de investigación enmarca la reutilización del concreto desechado como porcentaje de sustitución del agregado fino y el aserrín calcinado como reemplazo porcentual del cemento para la adquisición de un mortero modificado; se fabricó 351 probetas de mortero en este caso probetas cubicas con diferente dosificaciones de concreto reciclado (CR) al 10%, 20%, 30% por arena natural y ceniza de aserrín al 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% por un porcentaje de cemento, manteniendo una relación constante de agua/cemento de 0.85 y arena/cemento de 2.75 en peso a edades de 7, 14, 21, 28 días respectivamente, donde se estudió sus propiedades físicas como su fluidez, densidad, absorción de agua, adherencia, resistencia a la pila y murete de albañilería; de igual manera sus propiedades mecánicas al momento de la ruptura a compresión simple, su resistencia por durabilidad a los sulfatos de magnesio y al ciclo hielo-deshielo, posterior a ello se obtuvo 13 dosificaciones a estudiar, donde se observó que los porcentajes de sustitución de 10% de ceniza de aserrín y 30% de CR, es la dosificación más adecuada, ya que tiene mejor resultado que un mortero convencional. Un punto importante a tomar en esta investigación es la evaluación de impacto ambiental y el costo de fabricación del mortero modificado a partir de la mezcla óptima ya establecida, ya que garantiza una modalidad factible, eficiente y sostenible en la calidad y seguridad en los distintos trabajos de albañilería, en conclusión, es un mortero con buen beneficio técnico, ecológico y de manera económica no es muy rentable.
