El IoT aplicado al sector salud

Abstract

El IoT es una tecnología que está generando gran impacto en la actualidad, siendo el sector salud uno de los más beneficiados con la aplicación de dicha tecnología. Por ello en el presente trabajo se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre artículos científicos relacionados al tema del IoT aplicado al sector salud. La metodología que se utilizó para desarrollar el trabajo fue la de Kitchenham et al [29]. Los resultados obtenidos luego de aplicar los criterios de exclusión, inclusión y la evaluación de calidad fueron 25 artículos, los cuales se representaron en tablas y figuras para poder responder a las preguntas de investigación planteadas. Además, se identificó que los países con mayor cantidad de artículos publicados, respecto a este tema, son Colombia y Suiza; de la misma manera, se evidenció que en los años 2021 y 2020 la cantidad de artículos publicados fueron 10 y 6 respectivamente. Después de realizar este trabajo se concluye que la aplicación del internet de las cosas al sector salud va en aumento, debido a los grandes beneficios que aporta, tanto para el personal de salud, como para los pacientes.
