Producción de ensilado a partir de residuos de pescado para disminuir el impacto ambiental generado por una empresa pesquera

Abstract

El principal objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es la propuesta de producción de ensilado hidrobiológico para disminuir el impacto ambiental de una empresa pesquera. Se utilizó como técnicas de análisis y herramientas al balance de masa, matriz de Leopold, software ProModel, flujo de caja, Valor Actual Neto (VAN) y la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR). Se desarrolló la cuantificación de la materia prima (residuos de pecado) generada por la empresa en estudio asimismo se realizó el diagnóstico ambiental, luego se diseñó y simuló el proceso de producción de ensilado en el software ProModel y finalmente se realizó el análisis económico-financiero y ambiental de la propuesta. Se concluye que la empresa genera 6,05 t de residuos de pescado al mes, al final del mes se tienen 241 sacos de ensilado de 25 kg listos para ser comercializados con un precio de S/. 33,025, finalmente el VAN y TIR tienen valores de S/.311 822,39 y 68% respectivamente. El proyecto es viable.
