Gestión logística de aprovisionamiento para Leoncito Sociedad Anónima, Chiclayo, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la gestión logística de aprovisionamiento en la empresa LEONCITO S.A. de Chiclayo, esto para mejorar el estado volátil que pueden presentar algunas empresas en cuanto a su desempeño organizacional de forma interna como externa; contribuyendo al diseño, control, calidad de los productos, procesos y distintos participantes de la cadena de suministros. Esta investigación tuvo un enfoque mixto con un diseño no experimental. Asimismo, se tuvo una población conformada por los colaboradores pertenecientes al área logística de la empresa LEONCITO S.A., quienes se encuestaron para determinar el aprovisionamiento logístico de la organización, utilizando la escala de medición de Likert y como apoyo complementario una entrevista semiestructurada. Finalmente, se determinó que la empresa en cuestión posee un nivel mínimamente aceptable en base al modelo de referencia SCOR sobre las prácticas existentes del aprovisionamiento logístico, adicionalmente se determinó algunos subprocesos que es importante optimizar para el desempeño organizacional.
