Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cuáles son los puntos comunes y las diferencias que existen en cultura tributaria en los países de México, Chile, Colombia y Perú. Obteniendo información en documentos y artículos científicos de las páginas de Alicia, Dialnet, ScienceDirect y en el buscador Google Scholar. Se consideraron criterios de selección como concepto de cultura tributaria, período de tiempo, lugar de aplicación (México, Chile, Colombia y Perú) y que cuenten con validación y confiabilidad de resultados. En donde se obtuvo 20 artículos científicos que ayudaron para el objetivo presentado. Los resultados indicaron que los puntos comunes entre México, Colombia y Perú sobre cultura tributaria son: Incumplimiento de obligaciones, evasión de impuestos y desconfianza en el destino del dinero que se recauda. Chile se diferencia del resto porque presenta una formación alta en cultura tributaria debido a los programas que otorga el estado a los ciudadanos. Sin embargo, Perú es el único país que desarrolla programas en universidades incentivando la educación tributaria, por medio de SUNAT, quien es el ente regulador.
