Türkiye’deki cemaat sorunu: FETÖ örneği

Abstract

Türkiye'de Cemaat Sorunu: FETÖ örneği adlı bu tez, Türkiye'deki cemaat sorununu FETÖ üzerinden analiz ederek; bu sorunun nedenlerini, toplum üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerini ve çözüm önerilerini incelemek üzere yazılmıştır. Bu tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde cemaat kavramının tanımları, özellikleri ve nedenleri tarihsel bir süreç içerisinde incelenecek ve bu grupların sivil toplum unsuru olarak kabul edilip edilmeyeceği değerlendirilecektir. İkinci bölümde ise FETÖ'nün resmi kurumlarca yapılan tanımına yer verilecektir. Bu bölümde FETÖ'nün tarihsel süreç içerisindeki faaliyetleri sınıflandırılarak ele alınacaktır. Ayrıca FETÖ'nün resmi kurumlara sızma faaliyetleri ve teşkilatlanması değerlendirilecektir. Üçüncü ve son kısımda ise darbe kavramının tanımı yapılacak, 15 Temmuz darbe girişimini Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihindeki diğer askeri müdahalelerden ayıran özellikler değerlendirilecektir. Sonuç kısmında ise FETÖ bağlamında Türkiye'deki cemaat sorununa ilişkin çözüm önerilerine yer verilecektir. Anahtar kelimeler: Cemaat, Fethullahçı Terör Örgütü, Dini Grup, 15 Temmuz darbe girişimi

In the thesis, community problem in Turkey: the example of FETO, by analyzing community problems through the FETÖ in Turkey; it was written to examine the causes of this problem, its negative effects on society and solutions. This thesis formed three sections. During the first section; definitions, features and reasons of the concept of community will be evaluated in a historical process and whetwer these groups will be considered as civil elements will be evaluated. During the second section; the definition of FETÖ made by official institutions will be included. This section, the activities of FETÖ in the historical process will be classified and examined. Also infıltration and getting organized of FETÖ will be considered. The third and last section, definition of the concept of coup and features different from other military coups will be evaluated on the July 15 coup attempt. In the conclusion section solution to the problems in the community will be given suggestions Turkey. Key words: Community, Fethullahçı terrorist organization, Religious group, July 15 coup attempt
