Abstract

El presente trabajo fin de grado analiza el crecimiento de la economía de China en el periodo comprendido entre 1995 y 2017, con el objetivo de analizar qué factores propiciaron el crecimiento económico tras la entrada de China en la Organización Mundial del Comercio. Para ello recurre a la línea de investigación propuesta por Mankiw et al. (1992) para hacer uso del modelo de Solow-Swan ampliado con capital humano. Como novedad teórica, este estudio amplía adicionalmente este marco teórico incluyendo la variable de complejidad económica como proxy del conocimiento generado e incorporado en los productos exportados por la economía china.
