Kurutulmuş kolza bitkisinin dolgu malzemesi olarak alçak yoğunluklu polietilenin mekanik özelliklerine yoğunluğuna ve su emme kapasitesine etkileri

Abstract

In this study, mixtures have been obtained by putting dried colza plant as a filling material into low density polyethylene in ratios of 10 %, 20%, 30% in weight, and standard tensile experiment samples are produced from the mixtures by using plastic injection machine. The changes in the mechanical properties, densities and water absorption capacities of the samples have been analyzed and compared. To ensure homogeneity, the mixtures are first prepared in mechanical mixers, and then passed through extrusion machines. The material is granularized at the outlet of the extrusion machine by using crushers. Finally, with the plastic injection machine, this granule material is molded on the standard tensile experiment samples
