Emaye kaplama endüstrisi atıksularının fenton prosesi ile arıtılması

Abstract

In this study, with fenton oxidation process, the treatment of parameter of KOI in wastewater relating to enamel plating industry of metal plating industries is investigated. The wastewater used in this study is provided from a workshop producing enamel in Afyonkarahisar. In order to attain KOI removal wanted at the end of the fenton process that is applied to raw wastewater, optimum quantity of pH, H2O2, FeSO4 is determined and KOI removal is searched. At the end of the study of optimization, in the wastewater of enamel plating institution, optimum pH=3.5 is in the dosage of 400 mg/L H2O2, for removal of KOI; optimum dosage of FeSO4 is 400 mg/ L, and under these conditions, for KOI parameter removal efficiency is oftained as 88%.

Bu çalışma kapsamında, metal kaplama endüstrilerinden emaye kaplama endüstrisine ait atıksulardaki KOI parametresinin fenton oksidasyonu ile arıtılabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan atıksu Afyonkarahisar ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren ve emaye üretimi yapan bir işletmeden temin edilmiştir. Ham atıksuya uygulanan fenton oksidasyonu işlemi sonucunda istenen KOI gideriminin elde edilmesi için optimum pH, H2O2, FeSO4 miktarları belirlenmiş ve KOİ giderimi arastırılmıstır. Optimizasyon çalısmaları sonucunda emaye kaplama tesisi atıksuyunda optimum pH=3.5, 400 mg/L H2O2 dozunda optimum FeSO4 dozu KOI giderimi için 400 mg/ L olup, Bu şartlar altında giderim verimi KOI parametresi için % 88 elde edilmiştir.
