Abstract

Siyasal iletişim etkinlikleri içerisinde kitle iletişim araçlarının önemi büyüktür. Bu kitle iletişim araçları içerisinde son yıllarda aktif olarak kullanılan internet, siyasal partilerin seçim kampanyalarını yayınladıkları en yaygın araç olmuştur. Özellikle siyasal partiler ve adaylar seçim kampanyalarını yaygın olarak web sitesi üzerinden yürütmektedirler. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de 31 Mart 2014 Yerel Seçimleri'nde seçime katılan siyasal parti adaylarının web siteleri içerik ve tasarım yönünden incelenmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgularla web sitelerinin ülkemizde adaylar tarafından seçim kampanyasını destekleyici bir araç olarak kullanıldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Uygulamada oluşturulan kodlama şablonu ile adayların web sitelerinde olması gereken maddeler incelenmiş ve sonucunda hangi adayın bu maddeleri daha iyi sağladığı ortaya konmuştur. Mass media has a big importance in the political communication events. In this mass media, internet is the most effective way for political parties to publish election campaigns. Especially political parties and candidates widely conduct their election campaigns through the websites. In this study websites of candidates for the elections 31 March 2014 in Turkey are examined in terms of content and design.The findings from this study it is observed that websites are used as a supporting tool in our country by candidates. Substances that needed be on the websites of the candidates were examined in the coding template that created in application and in the end as a result of which the candidate has been demonstrated that these substances provides better.
