Abstract

Introducción: El herpes zóster (HZ) constituye un problema de salud pública en aumento, especialmente entre personas mayores e inmunodeprimidas, debido a su elevada incidencia y sus complicaciones como la neuralgia postherpética (NPH). La baja cobertura vacunal de HZ causa un aumento de su impacto. La enfermería desempeña un papel clave en la prevención, minimizando los riesgos asociados a la enfermedad y mejorando la calidad de vida mediante la vacunación. Objetivo: Analizar los artículos publicados en la bibliografía que describen la vacunación en pacientes adultos con riesgo de padecer HZ en países que forman parte de la OCDE del año 2015 al 2025. Metodología: Se ha llevado a cabo una revisión de la literatura consultando las bases de datos; PubMed, CINAHL, Science Direct y Cochrane. [...]
