Abstract

Introducció: El bàsquet és un esport d’equip caracteritzat per tenir un gran nombre d’accions d’alta intensitat com els salts, les acceleracions, els canvis de direcció, les desacceleracions, etc. Els salts, i més en concret els verticals, són primordials en aquest esport, ja que es donen la majoria d’accions tècniques (llançaments, taps, etc.). També ho és la capacitat d’acceleració per les accions tàctiques, com els talls a cistella o el balanç defensiu. L’objectiu d’aquest estudi és demostrar si aquestes dues accions poden millorar-se de forma significativa combinant l’entrenament de moviments olímpics i la pliometria. [...]
