Abstract

Aquest treball de final de grau busca crear un model de gestió d’inventari basat en el format EOQ (ordre econòmica de quantitat) que optimitza el cicle de l’inventari així com el preu final dels productes. Està adaptat a les necessitats de la indústria ramadera i agrícola pel que els productes tenen la capacitat de créixer, emetre emissions de CO2 i ser de qualitat imperfecta.
