Abstract

This research deals with the adaptation of jurisprudence in Shari'ah politics as a mechanism of ijtihad, Between the rooting and application of contemporary reality; to soften the rigidity of assets, to clarify rules, and to facilitate their understanding and application . يتناول هذا البحث التكييف الفقهي في السياسة الشرعية؛ باعتباره آلية من آليات الاجتهاد؛ بل من أهمها، ويعرض هذا البحث حقيقة التكييف، ثم حقيقة السياسة الشرعية، وما دار حول هذا المفهوم من كلام، ثم يبين أنواع التكييف الفقهي في السياسة الشرعية، والجمع في ذلك بين التأصيل والتطبيق من الواقع المعاصر؛ ليخفف من جمود الأصول، ويجلي القواعد، وييسر فهمها وتطبيقها.
