Conflictos socio-ambientales en Costa Rica.

Abstract

Esta ponencia parte de estos planteamientos teóricos al considerar la situación de conflictos socio-ambientales en Costa Rica durante 2005. El reto considerar los aspectos positivos de dichos conflictos, superando la trillada noción de que los mismos amenazan la institucionalidad y socaban la gobernabilidad ambiental del país. Como queda claro a través del diagnóstico realizado el escenario de los conflictos es un espacio de innovación institucional y de un intenso diálogo entre los ciudadanos y el Estado.
