Gestión del Riesgo

Abstract

Esta ponencia estudia y presenta datos sobre temas clave en la gestión del riesgo y que deben ser considerados a la luz del impacto que los desastres representan a nivel social, económico y cultural para el país. Algunas de las variables y aspectos que se consideraron para esta investigación fueron: análisis del marco institucional de prevención y mitigación de impactos para respuesta y reconstrucción; gestión del riesgo por regiones y ordenamiento territorial; información sobre accidentes tecnológicos y manejo de sustancias peligrosas; avances en CNE con el Plan Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo; distribución territorial del riesgo, de los registros de desastres y su relación con población. Seguidamente se detallan las preguntas principales y especificas que guiaron este trabajo.
