Vanis i Fulken: fem fotografía, fem barri

Abstract

El proyecto Vanis i Fulken propone dar un nuevo uso cultural al edificio, actualmente abandonado, situado en la Plaza Ibiza, que albergó el estudio fotográfico “Vanis” y la tienda “Fulken”. El equipamiento cultural se guía por el modelo de museo de barrio y pretende poner en valor el patrimonio y la memoria local de Horta. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se utiliza un medio de expresión artística específico y arraigado en el barrio: la fotografía. Esto se materializa a través de exposiciones temporales y semipermanentes de fotografías generadas en tiempo presente por la comunidad, junto con aquellas albergadas en el Archivo Municipal del distrito de Horta-Guinardó, visitas guiadas, actividades comunitarias, talleres didácticos, jornadas patrimoniales y residencias artísticas.
