Imagen de autor y sociabilidad literaria: análisis de la correspondencia entre Carlos Pujol y Aquilino Duque

Abstract

En 2017 se fundó el Fondo Personal de Carlos Pujol (FPCP). Las cartas que Carlos Pujol recibió de Aquilino Duque han estado conservadas allí. Por otra parte, el 2 de enero de 2022, Adriano Duque, el hijo de Aquilino, envió escaneadas las cartas que su padre guardaba de Carlos Pujol. De este modo, se pudo cruzar la correspondencia entre dos interesantes, aunque no muy conocidas, figuras literarias del siglo XX. Sin la generosidad de las dos familias de cedernos las cartas, esta investigación no hubiese sido posible. Esta correspondencia cruzada hace visible aspectos interesantes de la sociabilidad literaria y también permite explorar la imagen de autor que cada corresponsal crea de sí mismo y de su interlocutor. Mi propósito es estudiar qué impacto tiene la sociabilidad literaria en la imagen de autor; pues existen numerosos estudios sobre la imagen de autor y sobre la sociabilidad literaria, pero apenas hay estudios que relacionen ambos campos. Relacionarlos va a ser mi objetivo principal.
