Abstract

En Colombia, es práctica común alimentar las aves a voluntad, esto podría ser acertado hasta el momento en el cual los animales alcanzan la producción máxima, pero después de este punto no existe ninguna razón que justifique el aumento de peso, el cuál es el acumulo de grasa corporal debido al consumo extra de alimento.
