Nueva arquitectura con cubiertas ventiladas de teja

Abstract

Las cubiertas con teja cerámica permiten construir viviendas de elevada calidad aportando valor a los edificios, entre los que podemos destacar, el valor estético, la máxima eficiencia energética, la durabilidad, el mínimo mantenimiento, el confort y la habitabilidad, y la sostenibilidad. La nueva cubierta ventilada de teja, con microventilación bajo teja y con fijación de las piezas en seco, tiene grandes ventajas frente a la cubierta tradicional, no ventilada y con fijación de las tejas con mortero, ya que evita la formación de condensaciones en las piezas cerámicas y los posibles problemas de heladicidad. La fijación en seco, se realiza mediante clavos, ganchos o clips, bien sobre soporte discontinuo (rastreles), o bien sobre soporte continuo (placas onduladas, etc.).
