El refuerzo de un forjado

Abstract

Los refuerzos tradicionales en reparaciones masivas, tienen el problema de las flechas diferidas. Pasado un tiempo, los tabiques superiores se agrietan. En la comunicación se analizan las causas y se compara el comportamiento con otras dos técnicas de refuerzo: La descarga previa y El refuerzo activo. El primer resultado sorprendente es el cambio de seguridad para que el techo viejo colapse y haya de actuar el refuerzo sólo. Mientras que el factor de seguridad del refuerzo tradicional es de 1,07 (la rotura es muy probable), en el refuerzo con descarga previa pasa a 1,2 (la rotura no es probable) y en el refuerzo activo llega a 3,76 (la rotura es prácticamente imposible). En la flecha total potencial, las diferencias también son notables: 467 % en el refuerzo tradicional, 400% en el refuerzo con descarga y 106,6% en el refuerzo activo; respecto al 100% de un techo en buenas condiciones.
