Abstract

La accesibilidad de las edificaciones para que puedan ser utilizables independientemente de las condiciones funcionales del usuario, cada día más, queda garantizada, en mínimos, en los edificios colectivos pero no así en la vivienda unifamiliar que ha quedado fuera del marco normativo. Mediante la comunicación queremos transmitir una reflexión técnica sobre la situación de adaptación de estos hogares y evitar en lo posible, como profesionales del sector, provocar actuaciones invalidantes para sus usuarios. Estudiamos la legislación específica, tipologías comerciales y necesidades funcionales para plantear la adaptabilidad de las viviendas mediante previsiones en obra como garantía de calidad del producto final. Se trata de prever para evitar reformas importantes y permitir la viabilidad de la adaptación, es decir incorporar a nuestro análisis profesional el término de vivienda adaptable.
