Abstract

El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2013-2018, orientará las políticas y programas del Gobierno de la República para los próximos años, en uno de sus ejes rectores señalan a la conservación del medio ambiente como prioridad nacional, para lograrlo, el país cuenta con el talento, la inteligencia y la creatividad de la población. Todos los programas sectoriales, especiales, institucionales y regionales que definen las acciones del Gobierno, deberán elaborarse en congruencia con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.
