Abstract

Esta investigación se enmarca dentro del ámbito jurídico de los mecanismos de solución de conflictos, en concreto del arbitraje. El arbitraje es definido por nuestro Tribunal Constitucional como un mecanismo heterocompositivo de solución de conflictos basado en la autonomía de la voluntad cuyo anclaje constitucional lo encontramos en el artículo 10 de la Constitución.
