Psicología y trabajo: emprendimiento, empleabilidad y teletrabajo

Abstract

Este simposio parte de la unión de dos grandes ámbitos: el de la psicología, y el del trabajo, tratando de unir los puntos de vista de la investigación y de la práctica profesional. En él, examinaremos grandes aportaciones que la psicología hace en el ámbito del trabajo, la empleabilidad y el liderazgo. Comenzaremos debatiendo acerca de las competencias de los emprendedores (como aquellas personas capaces de generar empleo, tanto para sí mismos como para otros), y analizaremos casos en los que se han implantado, con éxito, programas de desarrollo de competencias emprendedoras. Continuaremos debatiendo sobre el concepto de empleabilidad, y sobre esas capacidades, tan necesarias para conseguirla, de formación constante y flexibilidad. También reflexionaremos acerca de la capacidad de aprender a lo largo de la vida como herramienta clave ligada a la empleabilidad. Seguiremos debatiendo en relación a un reto: el del teletrabajo, y sobre cómo este puede ser utilizado para atraer y fidelizar talento. Debatiremos acerca del líder coach, como esa figura, cada vez más necesaria, para la gestión de equipos virtuales. También aquí la psicología tiene mucho que decir. Por último, examinaremos la efectividad que están demostrando las relaciones de desarrollo, y abordaremos, desde la perspectiva del desarrollo nacional de los recursos humanos, cómo este tipo de relaciones está en auge, y cómo pueden ser utilizadas para facilitar la empleabilidad y el emprendimiento.
