Sami upper secondary education under Reform 94

Abstract

Rapporten er en evaluering av samisk videregående opplæring slik denne har fungert før og etter reform 94. Den dokumenterer at elever ved de samiske videregående skolene har en lav gjennomføringsprosent. Dette er i liten grad relatert til reform 94, men skyldes svakheter i skolesystemet generelt. Evalueringen viser også at den landsomfattende undervisningen i samisk språk lider under stor mangel på godkjente lærere.
