Abstract

Mencionar la importancia de los pastizales naturales en el área de influencia del INTA E.E.A. Esquel puede ser demasiado obvio. Sin embargo, es necesario afirmar este concepto ya que no siempre somos conscientes que el pastizal nativo o natural es el recurso alimenticio insustituible con que cuenta el ganado en el área. Es imprescindible entender que el "pastizal es el capital básico del ganadero" que le permite obtener lana, carne y cuero a través de la cosecha de forraje que hace la hacienda.
