[ES] Introducción: En 2019 fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial del País Vasco “RESOLUCIÓN de 5 de marzo de 2019, del Viceconsejero de Salud, por la que se dictan instrucciones para uniformizar la mención de autoría y la afiliación institucional en el sistema sanitario vasco”. El objetivo de esta resolución era uniformizar la afiliación institucional de las y los profesionales de Osakidetza. Se distinguen tres niveles de entidades (Osakidetza como primer nivel, organizaciones dependientes de Osakidetza como segundo nivel y servicios propios de las organizaciones como tercer nivel) que tenían como finalidad que la producción científica de Osakidetza tuviera la mayor visibilidad posible. Objetivos: Comprobar el grado de aplicación y el impacto real de la resolución en la visibilidad de Osakidetza como primer nivel y segundo nivel. Material y método: Se realizará una búsqueda en Pubmed, en la que se tengan en cuenta los tres niveles de entidades, priorizando el primer nivel (Osakidetza) y el segundo nivel (Organizaciones dependientes de Osakidetza). Se hará una comparativa entre los años 2017-2019 con los años 2020-2022, de la firma institucional, basándonos en los criterios de la resolución. Resultados: En elaboración. Hasta el momento se han extraído los porcentajes de 2017-2019, con un porcentaje inicial de firma de primer nivel de entre un 3 y un 8%. Discusión-Conclusiones: Pendiente de evaluar los años posteriores a la resolución, para poder valorar la efectividad de la misma.
