Este proyecto resuelve problemas actuales que tienen los empresarios o los usuarios que visitan ferias en Barcelona a la hora de alojarse. Da soluciones abriendo 24h al día todos sus espacios para no tener problemas de horarios de comedor y cocina y de las salas de reuniones, ya que los usuarios que utilizarán este servicio no tienen un horario fijo y durante estos días apenas tienen tiempo libre. Los hoteles durante los días de ferias aprovechan para encarecer sus precios ya que muchísimas personas tienen que viajar y alojarse fuera de casa. Para resolver este problema se da un tipo de servicio de alojamiento diferente: literas o camas individuales en habitaciones con solamente un pequeño armario abierto, y baño, cocina y zonas de descanso comunes para todos los usuarios. Este último hecho juntamente con la zona de coworking (que en este proyecto se encuentra en la planta baja) hace que el precio de la estancia sea mucho más bajo y asequible para todos los bolsillos. También resalta la convivencia con otros usuarios y el compartir ideas y experiencias con personas que pueden ser totalmente diferentes.

Aquest projecte resol problemes actuals que tenen els empresaris o els usuaris que visiten fires a Barcelona a l’hora d’allotjar-se. Dona solucions obrint 24h al dia tots els seus espais per no tenir problemes amb els horaris de menjador i cuina i els de les sales de reunions, ja que els usuaris que utilitzaran aquest servei no tenen un horari fixe i durant aquests dies gairebé tenen temps lliure. Els hotels durant els dies de fires aprofiten per encarir els seus preus ja que moltíssimes persones han de viatjar i allotjar-se fora de casa. Per resoldre aquest problema es dóna un tipus de servei d’allotjament diferent: lliteres o llits individuals en habitacions amb només un petit armari obert, i bany, cuina i zones de repòs comunes per a tots els usuaris. Aquest últim fet juntament amb la zona de coworking (que en aquest projecte es troba a la planta baixa) fa que el preu de l’estada sigui molt més baix i assequible a totes les butxaques. També ressalta la convivència amb altres usuaris i el compartir idees i experiències amb persones que poden ser totalment diferent.

This project solves current problems that entrepreneurs or users who visit fairs in Barcelona have at the time of lodging. It gives solutions opening 24 hours a day all its spaces to avoid problems of dining and kitchen schedules and meeting rooms, since users who use this service do not have a fixed schedule and during these days they hardly have free time. The hotels during the days of fairs take advantage to increase their prices since many people have to travel and stay away from home. To solve this problem there is a different type of accommodation service: bunk beds or single beds in rooms with only a small open cupboard, and bathroom, kitchen and common rest areas for all users. This last fact together with the coworking area (which in this project is on the ground floor) makes the price of the stay much lower and affordable for all budgets. It also highlights the coexistence with other users and sharing ideas and experiences with people who may be totally different.
