Abstract

SPÜMA és la identitat i el packaging per una nova línia de cervesa artesanal de Girona. Aquest projecte consisteix en generar tots els elements de comunicació necessaris per a fer-ne el llançament i posicionament en el mercat. El treball neix de la necessitat de constatar que, avui dia, les microcerveseries artesanes s’han multiplicat arreu, però, tot i així, continua essent un negoci molt localitzat a determinats llocs i se’ls fa difícil sortir del seu entorn més proper. Per tant, amb SPÜMA és vol crear una nova marca de cervesa artesanal i, al mateix temps, ajudar la seva expansió en el mercat. El procés de treball es realitza a partir de l’entrevista a Francesc López i del coneixement posterior de canvi i renovació que ell volia fer a la seva artesana indústria cervesera situada a la ciutat de Girona. A partir d’aquí, s’extreuen uns valors que són l’essència del projecte SPÜMA.

SPÜMA es la identidad i el packaging para una nueva línea de cerveza artesanal de Girona. Este proyecto consiste en generar todos los elementos de comunicación necesarios para su lanzamiento y posicionamiento en el mercado local. El trabajo nace de la necesidad de constatar que, hoy en día, las microcervecerías artesanas se han multiplicado, pero, aún así, sigue siendo un negocio muy localizado en determinados lugares y se les hace difícilsalir de su entorno más cercano. Por tanto, con SPÜMA se quiere crear una nueva marca de cerveza artesana que ayude a su difusión en el mercado. El proceso de trabajo se realiza a partir de la entrevista a Francesc López y del conocimiento posterior de cambio y renovación que él quería hacer a su artesana industria cervecera situada en la ciudad de Girona. A partir de aquí, se extrajeron unos valores que son la esencia del proyecto SPÜMA.

SPÜMA is the identity and packaging for a new line of craft beer to be distributed in the territory of Girona. This project aims to create the identity of this beer as well as all the necessary communication elements to launch and position the product in the market. This work arises from the need to establish that nowadays microbreweries have proliferated all over the territory, yet this kind of business continues to be very localized and it is difficult to open it to a wider market. This is why SPÜMA is a project to create a new brand of craft beer and, at the same time, contribute to its distribution in the market. The work process has been based on the interview to Francesc López and on his purpose to change and update his craft beer company based in the city of Girona. From him emerge the values that are the essence of SPÜMA.
