El control parlamentario argentino en sus orígenes

Abstract

En este artículo analizamos el funcionamiento del control y las lógicas político-partidarias en la historia argentina. Así, examinamos la segunda mitad del siglo XIX en Argentina y comienzos del XX, buscando reconstruir las interacciones partidarias que llevarían a la creación de las comisiones de control y su funcionamiento, así como las definiciones y concepciones de los legisladores sobre la función de control. El objetivo es investigar el momento fundacional del control parlamentario en la Argentina, intentando registrar continuidades con su expresión contemporánea. Para ello analizamos los Diarios de Sesión de la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina desde 1863 hasta 1912
