Abstract

Resulta imposible ensayar definiciones acerca -de qué tipo de proceso integrativo conforma el MERCOSUR, pese a que eotidianamente recibimos i:nformación acerca del mismo. Las autoridades competentes han señalado en forma reiterada que el Tratado de Asunción, suscripto el 26 de marzo de 1991,contiene solamente el compromiso de los Estados Parte de constituir un Mercado Común para el 31 de diciembre de 1994, sin expedirse en cuanto al alcance ¿el mismo.
