La imposición a la renta de los Instrumentos Financieros Derivados.

Abstract

El presente trabajo monográfico tuvo como objetivo primario analizar desde el punto de vista tributario los principales problemas en los cuales los contribuyentes que operaban con instrumentos financieros derivados (IFD) se encontraban al momento de aplicar los impuestos, en un sistema donde se carecía de norma específica para dichas operaciones. Avanzado el trabajo, el Poder Legislativo promulga la Ley N° 19.479, correspondiente a la regulación de los IFD, por lo cual el objetivo se modificó con el fin de exponer los principales problemas que encontraban los agentes económicos anterior a dicha normativa y como la misma soluciono o no tales problemas. Con dicha ley, se fue describiendo la imposición a la renta y la situación de cada contribuyente. Por último se exponen los principales puntos que a nuestro juicio debería incluir la norma reglamentaria.
