Abstract

El siguiente trabajo consiste en la investigación del concepto de Felicidad Organizacional, así como la identificación y análisis de los elementos que lo componen. Se plantea el cuestionamiento de si la Felicidad Organizacional se incluye en la gestión de recursos humanos, se analiza si las organizaciones tienen conocimiento de este concepto y si lo incorporan en su estrategia y en sus acciones diarias para generar valor. También se plantea como objetivo saber cuáles son los aspectos que generan felicidad para las personas en el trabajo. El análisis de los resultados permite determinar que el concepto de Felicidad Organizacional es estudiado por la gestión de recursos humanos. A su vez, es conocido por todas las organizaciones pero no todos los elementos que componen la Felicidad Organizacional son incorporados en igual medida, dependiendo del tamaño y rubro de la empresa. Finalmente, se logra determinar la correlación entre los elementos que conforman la Felicidad Organizacional y el sentimiento de felicidad o disfrute en el trabajo de las personas respecto a la organización en la cual trabajan.
