Abstract

El objeto de este trabajo es avanzar en el conocimiento sobre los procesos de aprendizaje laboral y las competencias laborales que se han construido históricamente en la práctica productiva cotidiana del personal directo de producción de cuatro plantas maquiladoras1 arneseras en Ciudad Juárez; y en este sentido se busca aportar conocimiento útil desde las teorías del aprendizaje social, la perspectiva de los modelos productivos y las competencias laborales
