Dor e trabalho nas enfermeiras

Abstract

Apôs revisão da literatura, verificamos necessidade de evidência referente à dor em Enfermeiros de Cuidados de Saúde Primários (CSP). A amostra constituída por 7 Enfermeiras dos CSP da região Norte. Foi aplicado, sob forma de entrevista semi-dirigida, o inquérito INSAT 2010 e realizada a análise de conteúdo. Os dados evidenciaram que as Enfermeiras apresentam qualidade de vida e saúde afetadas, devido a constrangimentos físicos, organizacionais e relacionais no ambiente de trabalho que podem, eventualmente, causar stresse, fadiga, sofrimento e dor.
