Los semilleros de investigación: la lectura y la escritura para el desarrollo de las capacidades humanas en los docentes en formación

Abstract

Los semilleros de investigación son una alternativa para darle continuidad a los procesos educativos de los maestros en formación de las facultades de educación, los cuales se configuran a través de la reflexión crítica y sistemática en torno a las prácticas pedagógicas y las necesidades específicas de las comunidades educativas; esta dinámica permite la transformación y la construcción de una condición ética, política y estética del maestro colombiano. De igual forma, los semilleros demandan un trabajo colaborativo que posibilita encuentros con el otro y el reconocimiento de sí mismo desde las prácticas de la lectura y la escritura, con el fin de comprender la investigación más allá de su componente académico y trascenderla como estrategia de aprendizaje y formación humana.
