Abstract

Las personas en las ciudades se desplazan cotidianamente con el fin de acceder a lugares en los que pueden encontrarse con otras personas, recursos e ideas que le permiten satisfacer sus necesidades y deseos. Sin embargo, los sistemas de movilidad urbano han sido planificados históricamente a partir de flujos generalizados de la población sin tener en cuenta las capacidades, motivaciones y posibilidades de cada colectivo social para desplazarse.
